Meet Louis

“Never give up, because great things take time.”

With more than two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, Louis Coraggio has positively impacted the lives of thousands and remains dedicated to reaching countless more individuals.
Regardless of your location, Louis offers a multifaceted approach to health and fitness that enhances both your physical and mental abilities.
At the age of seventeen, Louis faced the unimaginable tragedy of becoming an orphan. This personal journey ignited his determination to transform his physical and emotional well-being, unlocking his full potential and conquering limiting beliefs.
In 2002, driven by an unwavering commitment to guide individuals towards their self-determined goals, Louis established Body Architect. Based in NYC, Body Architect is a premier health, fitness, and wellness coaching practice that motivates and empowers people to enhance their health and increase their lifespan.
Louis actively seeks continuous improvement in his own well-being and has extensively explored corrective exercise techniques and self-care routines. He has collaborated with esteemed professionals in the field, including doctors, college professors, and renowned fitness experts.
Recognized for his genuine desire to inspire others, Louis has been featured on various media platforms, including E!'s "Investigation on Fad Diet," Extra, GQ, and WebMD. Gotham magazine has acknowledged him as the "best of the best" in fitness, and the New York Times credited him for his unwavering commitment to his clients' well-being and pain-free experiences.
In 2013, Louis expanded his reach by launching TrampoLEAN, a highly acclaimed rebounding class that combines energizing cardio with low-impact toning routines. This class has been featured in prominent publications such as TIME magazine, VOGUE, Women's Health, and Good Morning America.
Louis holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science and health promotion from Adelphi University. Within less than ten years after graduation, he received the "10 under 10" recognition award from Adelphi, celebrating his outstanding business leadership and unwavering dedication to helping others.
Guided by the principles of synergy and structure, Louis skillfully integrates his years of specialized training into engaging and highly effective wellness programs.
In 2012, the IDEA Health & Fitness Association honored Louis with the "Leading to Inspire" award, recognizing his ability to thrive in the face of adversity.
Today, Louis shares his expertise in multiple roles. He teaches a physical education program at a private high school, serves as the lead wellness facilitator at a private investment firm, and coaches clients online and in person, empowering them to unlock their full potential.
